Peak District Mosaic are looking to appoint an evaluation consultant to investigate the impact of their new project “Championing National Parks for Everyone” and produce a final evaluation report for the National Lottery Heritage Fund. This is a two-year project, funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund and match funders, and delivered through a partnership between Peak District Mosaic and the Peak District, Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors National Parks. It will support more people from culturally and ethnically diverse communities to build a lifelong relationship with their National Parks.
The University of Derby are conducting a mixed-method research project looking at outcomes for participants of the public programme in relation to: confidence accessing National Parks; skills changes; wellbeing; and nature connectedness. We wish to appoint an evaluation consultant or consultancy to conduct an evaluation and produce a final evaluation report that will:
- Complement the evaluation by the University of Derby by assessing organisational-level impact; and
- Considering the findings of the University of Derby, look at how successfully the project has achieved its overall aims and how it has contributed to the specific National Lottery Heritage Fund outcomes the project is seeking to achieve.
This evaluation will be used to meet the evaluation requirements of the National Lottery Heritage Fund; support our future planning; and to communicate best practice from the project to a wide range of stakeholders.
