Meeting/Starting point:
Heatherdene Car Park, Hope Valley
Access Information:
Bus: 257 to Bakewell
Depart Sheffield Interchange
Depart from Stand: D3
Departure time: 9.00am
Arrival at Heatherdene car park: approximately 9:33 a.m.
Walk leaders will meet you at the bus stop at the car park entrance. Please ask the bus driver to let you off at the car park stop.
Parking:
A pay and display car park is available if you choose to travel by car.
£6.00 for 4 hours.
Return:
Return bus times to Sheffield
- Departs Bamford: 2.44pm and 3.44pm
- Arrival in Sheffield: 3.25pm and 4.25pm
Equipment:
Please ensure you dress appropriately/take the necessary equipment with you for the group walk:
- wear comfortable walking shoes/boots (do not wear trainers)
- cool/warm clothing depending on the weather
- waterproof coat/jacket
- bring sun cream if necessary
- bring a packed lunch/snacks and water
- Your ICE card
NOTE: You can download and fill in an ICE card if you do not already have one. It is important to bring it with you.
