Come and enjoy this route from Bamford to Hathersage (Please note this is a linear route, starting from Bamford and finishing in Hathersage).

Meeting/Starting point:
Bamford turn away bus top (Walk Leaders will meet you at the bus stop)
Access Information:
Bus no: 272 from Sheffield to Castleton
Departure time: 9.45am (arrival time in Bamford – 10.29am)
Sheffield Interchange, Stand: D2 (bus also stops at Top of The Moor outside H&M, outside back entrance to Atkinson at the bottom of the Moor)
Return:
Return bus to Hathersage to Sheffield
Time: 1.54pm or 3.51pm
Bus stop: Hathersage Main Road, outside Bank House.
Equipment:
Please ensure you dress appropriately/take the necessary equipment with you for the group walk:
- wear comfortable walking shoes/boots (do not wear trainers)
- warm clothing depending on the weather
- waterproof coat/jacket
- bring sun cream if necessary
- bring a packed lunch/snacks and water
- Your ICE card
NOTE: You can download and fill in an ICE card if you do not already have one. It is important to bring it with you.
