Enjoy a picturesque walk through the countryside and village of Hathersage, featuring a visit to North Lees Hall. This historic landmark is where the famous Charlotte Brontë once stayed and later featured in her novel, Jane Eyre.

There is car parking at Oddfellows Road, S32 1DU opposite the swimming pool and at the railway station, as well as on road parking in certain areas.
Equipment:
Please ensure you dress appropriately/take the necessary equipment with you for the group walk:
- wear comfortable walking shoes/boots (do not wear trainers)
- cool/warm clothing depending on the weather
- waterproof coat/jacket
- bring sun cream if necessary
- bring a packed lunch/snacks and water
- Your ICE card
