Details:
- Start time of walk: 10.00am
- Distance: 5 miles with some steep climbs and paths, uneven in places.
Return:
Return bus to Sheffield: 272 (14:24pm)
Parking:
Parking: Pay and display car park at National Trust Longshaw Estate (entrance on Owler Bar Road, S11 7TZ)
There is free parking at the Fox House Inn (you park at your own risk).
Equipment:
Please ensure you dress appropriately/take the necessary equipment with you for the group walk:
- wear comfortable walking shoes/boots (do not wear trainers)
- cool/warm clothing depending on the weather
- waterproof coat/jacket
- bring sun cream if necessary
- bring a packed lunch/snacks and water
- Your ICE card
NOTE: You can download and fill in an ICE card if you do not already have one. It is important to bring it with you.
